I am working since 2010 in Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance Unit, Institute of Cardiology, Warsaw, Poland. I underwent training in internal medicine and cardiology in Institute of Cardiology as a centre recognized for postgraduate training. My post consisted of cardiac imaging training, involving cardiovascular magnetic resonance together with a cardiologist and internal medicine specialist in Cardiomyopathy Department with a full-time work-load and four weeks per year holiday.
In this time I assisted with CMR scans, for which he acted as primary reporter over 2500 cases My clinical and imaging interests were located in primary myocardial disease. Since 2010, I co-authored 7 publications. I was also seeking for new CMR techniques introducing to our Lab novel tools such as T1-maping and 4D flow.
I actively participated in clinical work with cardiomyopathy patients including on-calls duties in ACC Unit and he served as a consultant in CMR Unit The Children’s Memorial Health Institute with multidisciplinary meetings during which clinical cases are discussed and management decisions taken in the areas of congenital heart disease and heart failure.
I am a member of ESC CMR Working Group and I have Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance Level 3 Certificate.
